Patient Rooming and Clinical Support (All Sites) • Prepare exam rooms, sanitize/turn over rooms between patients, and maintain supply levels., • Bring patients back, verify identity, and confirm reason for visit., • Obtain and document vitals; recognize and escalate abnormal findings to clinical leadership/provider., • Medication reconciliation, allergy verification, and preferred pharmacy confirmation., • Assist providers during exams/procedures as needed (within MA scope and training)., • Provide patient instructions per provider direction and ensure clear after-visit next steps.B. Internal Medicine Support, • Perform point-of-care testing (POCT) per policy (e.g., urine dip, rapid tests) and document results accurately., • Perform EKG set-up/capture when trained and assigned., • Collect and process specimens per labeling and chain-of-custody standards; coordinate lab pickup workflows., • Support immunization/injection workflows as permitted by standing orders and site policy (if applicable).C.
