Job DescriptionJob Title: Concrete Repair TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a Concrete Repair Technician to perform intensive concrete restoration work on commercial and infrastructure projects. This role involves chipping, grinding, patching, and structural repair in high-dust, high-intensity environments. Technicians must adhere to strict safety procedures, use fall-protection equipment, and wear respirators. The position requires travel to job sites across New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities • Perform heavy concrete labor including chipping, demolition, patching, and structural repair., • Utilize hand tools and power tools for concrete repair tasks., • Read and interpret safety protocols to ensure compliance., • Operate chipping guns, grinders, and other concrete repair tools., • Work safely at heights using fall-protection systems., • Wear a half-face respirator and meet fit-test requirements., • Travel between job sites in NY and NJ as required.Essential Skills, • Strong physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work long hours in demanding environments., • Ability to read and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus., • Experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair., • Comfortable working at heights and on temporary platforms., • Familiarity with construction safety protocols and PPE.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Prior experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair preferred., • Ability to work on temporary flooring, scaffolding, and elevated platforms., • Must pass extensive safety training before starting., • Reliable transportation to reach various job sites., • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team with primarily Spanish-speaking crews.
