Role Objective The objective of this role is to provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients seeking real change—while maintaining a stable, sustainable caseload through strong clinical judgment, reliable presence, and effective placement alignment. This role is designed for clinicians who: • Work with insight rather than labels, • Help clients recognize patterns and develop agency, • Value consistency as part of the therapeutic relationship, • Maintains a consistent caseload of 25–28 sessions per week, • Demonstrates strong clinical presence, emotional regulation, and judgment, • Builds long-term therapeutic relationships with high client retention, • Collaborates effectively with a multidisciplinary team, • Values predictability, preparation, and continuity of care, • Engages thoughtfully in ongoing professional growth, • This is an outcome-driven role focused on quality, sustainability, and depth of work. Core Competencies We are seeking clinicians who bring: • Clinical maturity and therapeutic authority, • Strong insight into behavioral and relational patterns, • The ability to ask meaningful, well-timed questions that support growth, • A grounded, calm presence in emotionally charged sessions, • Professional consistency and follow-through, • A collaborative, respectful approach to teamwork, • Commitment to personal and professional development, • Education & Experience, • Fully licensed clinician in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent), • Several years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, • Proven ability to maintain long-term client engagement and retention, • Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards, • Schedule & Caseload consistency This role requires availability aligned with client demand in order to sustain a full caseload. Schedule requirements of this role: • 3 evenings per week (e.g., 12–8 or 1–9) OR, • 2 evenings plus 1 Saturday (8–4), • Schedules are designed collaboratively and support both client access and clinician sustainability.
