Job description We are seeking a skilled and creative Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, providing exceptional services to our clients. This position is for a full time stylist with clientele working schedule flexible including weekends and Holidays. This position is commission based - commission rate will be based on experience and volume of book. Between 40% to 60% paid to stylist depending on experience and clientele volume weekly. Duties - Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with each visit - Utilize color theory and barbering techniques to achieve desired results - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following proper sanitation protocols - Assist with front desk duties as needed - Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and beauty care Requirements - Valid Cosmetology NJ license with 3-5 years experience behind the chair - Proficiency in Formal Hair Styling, Extensions, Keratin Treatment, Hair Color and Formal Event Hair Styling (Up-dos), Balayage, Foilayage. - Knowledge of color theory and barbering techniques. - Strong customer service skills - Experience in GlossGenius software is a plus + Join our team of talented professionals and showcase your skills in a dynamic salon environment. Barber must have own clientele to be able to fill own books 5- 10 clients a week.
