Job Description Job Profile Jennifer Furniture is seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser with a strong background in interior design, furniture staging, or retail visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities * Design & Execution * Create visually captivating displays that showcase furniture, décor, and layout trends. * Implement seasonal floor sets, promotions, and new product rollouts. * Translate merchandising plans into in-store execution that maximizes customer engagement. * Showroom Management * Maintain the overall appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the showroom. * Ensure all display areas are well-stocked, styled, and aligned with brand aesthetics. * Continuously refresh and rotate merchandise to reflect current trends and inventory. * Inventory & Coordination * Complete pick sheets and pull inventory from warehouse as needed for staging or visual setups. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate merchandising flow. * Report product needs or damage, and recommend replacements or alternatives. * Team Collaboration * Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure visuals support the customer experience. * Assist in training junior stylists or merchandisers as needed. * Offer input on product selection and placement based on showroom traffic and trends. * Customer Experience Support * Engage with customers when necessary to help guide product selection or layout ideas. * Use visual storytelling to enhance customer journey and improve overall showroom traffic flow. Qualifications * 2+ years experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or showroom design (home décor or furniture retail preferred). * Formal training in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. * Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail. * Strong sense of style, color coordination, and trend awareness. * Hands-on experience with floor set planning, accessory placement, and visual standards. * Ability to lift and move furnishings and work on-site as needed. * Based in LI preferred with willingness to travel locally (1–2 times a month to Paramus/ Carle place / Patchogue ). Job Description Overview: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, building a pipeline of customers through customer outreach and answering inbound customer questions. The role will support all outlets in the United States who do not have a local field representative. The main priority for this role is to bring new customers in the brand, grow the outlet and then pass the outlet on to a field sales rep to manage the outlet.
