Position Summary The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our outside sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This position is responsible for lead nurturing, customer communication, and internal coordination, with a focus on driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a collaborative sales environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead Management & Qualification, • Upload and track leads in Salesforce.com, • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads, • Coordinate follow-ups and assist in closing opportunities alongside the outside sales team, • Log and monitor activity consistently in Salesforce, • Sales Support, • Identify sales opportunities within targeted markets, • Communicate daily with the MAX sales team and distribution partners, • Provide administrative and strategic support to outside sales reps as assigned, • Manage customer and end-user communications in a timely and professional manner, • Customer Relations, • Develop product expertise to answer dealer and customer inquiries, • Support customer service and assist with order entry as needed, • Help resolve issues related to accounts receivable for designated customers, • Special Projects & Collaboration, • Execute special projects at the request of sales leadership, • Uphold company regulations and standards in all interactions, • Education: High school diploma required; coursework in business or equivalent work experience preferred, • Experience:, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems (preferred), • Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation is highly preferred, • Skills & Attributes:, • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrated ability to support a team-oriented environment, • Inside Sales Experience, • Customer Service Orientation, • CRM Proficiency (Salesforce.com or equivalent), • Lead Qualification and Nurturing, • Daily use of computer and telephone systems, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
