In Asset Exchange for Out-licensing, we do a dossier enrichment to increase the attractiveness of the asset. Mostly this means identifying new indications, but other values such as the identification of synergistic combination products is also possible. We can also validate our hypothesis in the wet lab and we can go up to term sheet negotiations. For in-licensing we identify interesting assets using a holistic AI driven approach analyzing science, IP, probability of clinical success, and the market potential in a parallel approach (in contrast to a typical sequential approach). We can do these assessments at scale and can also find assets for indications that have not been developed for. Most of our Asset Exchange deals are built in a risk-sharing manner. This means that, aside from some small delivery-related early fees, the revenues are dependent on the success of the licensing deal. Besides our Asset Exchange and Asset Management business, Partex also has a major Asset Service business line, which is about AI solutions for R&D, patient data and validation services. While this wont be the focus of the role, we always appreciate cross selling of this business line. This position will require you to travel for business and to regularly attend virtual meetings with your colleagues in the US and India. Job Description The Senior Azure Cloud & Network Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Job Description • The START Center for Cancer Research (“START”) is the world’s largest early phase site network, fully dedicated to oncology clinical research. The Nurse Navigator is a critical member of the Phase 1 clinical trial program team, serving as the primary liaison between patients, referring physicians, and START staff. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Location: East Brunswick, NJ Pay Range: $50K-$65K Essential Responsibilities: • Educate referring physicians and their staff about the START Phase 1 program and clinical trials., • Perform referral intake for new patients, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care and service., • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improved patient matching and care coordination., • Support patients by scheduling Phase 1 appointments, addressing barriers to care, and linking them with community resources., • Present new and ongoing trials referring physicians and staff using virtual and in-person platforms., • Coordinate case conferences and attend tumor boards to support multidisciplinary cancer care., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for Phase 1 patient tracking and study monitoring., • Attend administrative meetings, protocol reviews, and site visits as required., • Demonstrate effective communication and maintain confidentiality of patient information., • Practice integrity and accountability, incorporating feedback into clinical presentations., • Support growth goals of the clinical research program with respect to new patient referrals and accruals., • Associate’s degree., • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state., • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
