The Iberian team currently consists of 5 people. Position Overview - Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist (Iberia) We are looking for a Senior Accounting & Finance professional to take ownership of the financial management of our Iberian office. The role combines the whole accounting and treasury flow, and financial reporting responsibilities with office management tasks, working closely with Group headquarters and external advisors. This role requires a hands-on professional comfortable working in a small and dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities Finance Management · Manage the full accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial records. · Coordinate the sales invoicing process with the Project Management team. · Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes. · Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and report to Group headquarters. · Coordinate tax submissions and statutory obligations with external advisors. · Prepare annual accounts and support Group consolidated reporting. · Manage treasury activities, including payments, collections and banking relationships. · Monitor cash flow and liquidity forecasts. · Oversee accounts receivable and support collection processes. · Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. · Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. · Participate in the implementation and improvement of ERP finance processes. Office Management In addition, the role will also support the office management responsibilities in a small and growing team environment. · Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost control. · Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and operational best practices. · Organize company meetings, events, and internal activities. · Manage and monitor contracts and services with external providers (IT, cleaning, utilities, etc.). · Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workplace setup and coordination with relevant teams. · Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to workplace operations and labour regulations. Qualifications & Skills · Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. · Proven experience in Accounting and Treasury (+5 years). · Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting principles, financial reporting and financial controls. · Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central · High level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to work in an international environment. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
