International Medical Device Sales Development Representative (Junior | Remote | French / Italian Speaking) GrowthMedics helps medical device, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets. Before Applying – Please Read This role is intended for Junior to Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–6 years of experience) who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales. To be considered, you must have: ✔ 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry ✔ Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor ✔ Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting ✔ Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian ❌ This role is not suitable for recent graduates ❌ This role is not suitable for candidates without medical device or healthcare sales experience ❌ This role is not suitable for marketing, research, customer service, or regulatory-only profiles ❌ This role is not intended for senior sales managers, directors, or executives The Role This is an outbound new sales and business development role focused on generating new commercial opportunities for medical device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be working with invidually and with inside sales support to develop and executive sales strategies. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through: • Cold calling, • Email prospecting, • LinkedIn outreach, • Lead generation campaigns, • Distributor recruitment, • Hospital prospecting, • Follow-up and opportunity nurturing Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified meetings, develop pipeline, and identify new distributor and hospital opportunities for our clients. You will engage directly with: • Medical device distributors, • Hospital decision-makers, • Procurement managers, • Clinical stakeholders, • Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), • Healthcare executives Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary Focus) • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and LinkedIn, • Generate qualified sales meetings for medical device manufacturers, • Identify and recruit potential distribution partners across Europe, • Develop new hospital and healthcare provider opportunities, • Build target account lists and prospect databases, • Execute structured follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing activities, • Qualify opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnelSales Pipeline Management, • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking, • Manage sales pipeline and follow-up activities, • Report weekly on KPIs, meetings generated, pipeline created, and commercial progress, • Support account development and opportunity conversion strategiesMarket Entry & Commercial Support, • Support market entry projects for international medical device companies, • Provide market intelligence and commercial insights, • Assist in distributor evaluations and channel development strategiesTrade Shows & Events, • Conduct pre-show outreach campaigns, • Identify and secure meetings ahead of congresses and exhibitions, • Support client activities during selected industry events What We're Looking ForRequired Experience • 3–6 years of sales, SDR, business development, or commercial experience, • Minimum 2–3 years within medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences, • Proven experience generating opportunities through outbound sales activities Experience in at least one of the following: • Selling medical devices into hospitals or clinics, • Working for a medical device distributor, • Recruiting or managing distributors, • Healthcare business development Profile • True hunter mentality with a passion for new business development, • Comfortable making outbound calls and securing meetings, • Highly proactive and persistent, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • KPI-driven and results-oriented, • Able to work independently in a remote environment Languages Required: • Fluent English and Spanish, • Fluent French or Italian What We Offer • International exposure across European healthcare markets, • Opportunity to work with innovative medical technologies, • Strong commercial learning and career development, • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure, • Flexible remote working environment
