Whether you already have sales experience or simply have the drive to learn and succeed, we'll provide the training, support, and tools you need to develop into a successful sales professional within a fast-paced international business. What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Academy Associate, you'll learn how to: - Build relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions. - Present tailored insurance products and confidently guide clients through the sales process. - Handle customer enquiries professionally while delivering exceptional service. - Work closely with experienced colleagues and participate in structured sales training. - Develop strong product knowledge and gain experience using industry-leading systems. - Represent the NowCompare brand with professionalism and integrity. Throughout the Academy, you'll receive coaching, feedback and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a Client Relations Manager role. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: - Excellent communicators with fluent English (spoken and written). - Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a career in sales. - Confident speaking with people and building relationships. - Organised with strong time management skills. - Positive, resilient and target-driven. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. - Curious, adaptable and always looking to improve. Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential—we value attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
