ph3Job Description /h3 pAn opportunity for a combat operations financial business partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). /p h3Responsabilities /h3 h3Main activities /h3 ul liSetting of yearly financial objectives and their monitoring during the year, anticipating risks and opportunities and advising the areas in order to achieve the targets and contribute to Combat profit and loss accounts (KPIs: PL, Cost Base, Workload, Headcount, Hourly Rate, Productivity, Headcount). /li liPreparing relevant financial information and assessing the decision making. /li liLeading OP and Forecasts processes, following the company guidelines and translating into operative plannings for short and long term. Consolidation of productive hours volume, evolution analysis, headcount dimensioning needs, calculation of impacts to Combat. /li liLeading of EACs processes and calculation of the final costs of products, ensuring the alignment Combat Operations, both for serial and development stages. Monitoring actual costs and ensuring Target Letters achievement for all the programs involved, both for Recurrent and Non Recurrent costs. /li liPreparing Budget processes, taking decisions about hourly rate strategy. /li liEnsure that all financial advice and transactions comply with Ethic Compliance and internal accountability rules of the company. /li liConsolidation of commercial offers both for internal (Airbus Group) and external customer. /li liCoordination with production controllers in TFAOx to ensure coherence of financial exercises. /li /ul h3Outputs /h3 pThe jobholder is responsible for driving the financial targets in the OP/Forecasts/Budget processes including PL, Cost Base, Workload, Headcount, Hourly Rate, Productivity and CAPEX. Also, providing accurate and transparent reports, with the ad-hoc needed detailed analysis, in order to facilitate and ensure the operational organization to achieve the financial targets. Continuous alignment with Combat programme line. /p pProviding coherence to financial and operative exercises, require different level of investments, hourly rates and maintenance costs. Providing consistency and coordination of financial exercises, following the guidelines, information, deadlines, requirements of different programs whose plannings and deliveries. /p h3Financial assessment and advice /h3 ul liAs business partner; coordination and communication between finance and operational in both ways: ul liUnderstanding financial situation and main challenges transmitted by financial management, translating into concrete operative actions for their achievement, educating production population in financial aspects and their contribution to them. /li liUnderstanding operations strategy and main operative constrains, translating into financial actions to the team, for the adequate assessment and implementation. /li liAnticipation of financial risks associated to production situations, as missing parts, social negotiations or programmes delay, advising the operational to mitigate the effects and achieve the financial targets, taking into account the programme context. /li liSupport of the elaboration of Business Cases for bids, investments and operational projects, giving financial advice and recommendations for current and potential new programs. /li /ul /li /ul h3Decision taking /h3 ul liDecision taking for financial processes; OP, Forecasts, Budget, Headcount dimensioning, Capex /li liEstimations making with a high level of uncertainty; programmes order intake, social situation, supply chain situation, establishing the most adequate hypothesis in a changing environment /li liStrategy: ul liSupporting the elaboration of commercial offers, assessing how to be competitive in order to broaden the market and increase workload. /li liAnalysis of workload evolution in order to anticipate picks and valleys to assess the correct dimensioning and stability at long term. /li /ul /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liUniversity degree (Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree) /li liWorking experience in Programme and Project Management /li liStrong experience in Excel and Google Sheets /li liProject Management Processes Methods and Tools /li liStakeholder Management skills /li liFluent in English and Spanish.
