Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met. Organize and coordinate follow-up meetings with various teams involved. Support the production team in the operational and logistical development of projects. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between departments and stakeholders. Coordinate logistics and resources required for project execution. Documentation and Reporting: Keep all project documentation updated (timelines, meeting notes, reports). Prepare detailed reports on progress and outcomes for management. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all processes comply with internal and external quality standards. Problem Solving: Identify potential risks at each project phase and propose effective solutions. Manage unexpected issues and conflicts with autonomy and efficiency. 🎬 Required Experience in Art Direction and Video Editing: We are looking for a versatile and creative profile capable of being directly involved in content creation, especially in: Participating in the development of visual concepts and storytelling. Helping define the visual style and narrative tone of the projects. Selecting and coordinating aesthetic elements (set design, colors, wardrobe, graphics). Video editing (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.). Coordinating with the post-production team to ensure visual coherence. 🧠 Candidate Requirements: Education: Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Project Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management within the audiovisual or content creation sector.
