The role combines technical financial analysis with real business impact, covering derivatives valuation, hedging strategies, macroeconomic monitoring, financial reporting and digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI‑enabled tools. /p pYou will join a highly specialized team with direct exposure to senior finance stakeholders, banks, auditors and business units, in an environment that encourages learning, ownership and continuous improvement. /p pbKey responsibilities /b /p ul lipSupport in the preparation of periodic reports monitoring the macroeconomic environment and financial figures relevant to Ferrovial's financial risk. /p /li lipContribute to improving financial risk reporting processes by automating recurring tasks, enhancing data quality and developing efficient tools that generate timely and actionable insights for management. /p /li lipSupport the measurement and interpretation of financial risks through data analysis, tailored metrics and innovative analytical tools, including AI‑enabled solutions applied to real financial decisions. /p /li lipSupport the analysis of hedging proposals and their potential impacts for Ferrovial, including accounting, tax and legal considerations. /p /li lipCollaborate in the development and monitoring of financial risk management policies and procedures across the group’s business units. /p /li lipSupport business units by providing market quotes and data relevant to their operations. /p /li lipSupport in the loading and validation of contracted financial operations in Ferrovial's information systems. /p /li lipFollow‑up of regulatory and administrative obligations derived from the contracting of financial products (confirmations, settlements, framework contracts, etc.) /p /li lipPrepare valuation processes and periodic effectiveness tests for the group’s derivatives portfolio, supporting accounting teams and external auditor requirements. /p /li lipParticipate in innovation initiatives to improve valuation, risk monitoring and reporting processes through digital tools, automation and artificial intelligence. /p /li lipSupport in the credit evaluation of the companies with which the Ferrovial group operates. /p /li lipAnalysis and reporting of risk‑adjusted return on financial institutions (RORAC). /p /li /ul pThis is a strong opportunity for candidates interested in financial markets, corporate finance, risk management and technology who want to understand how financial risk is managed in a complex multinational group. /p pbQualifications /b /p ul lipRecently graduated in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. /p /li lipHigh level of English (C1‑C2). /p /li lipGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and interest in data analysis, automation and visualization tools. /p /li lipInterest in programming languages commonly used in financial analysis and risk modelling, such as Python or R, would be highly valued. /p /li lipCuriosity about artificial intelligence, automation and data analytics applied to finance would be an asset. /p /li lipKnowledge of Bloomberg, SAP, Reuters or credit risk metrics would be an asset. /p /li lipKnowledge of financial products such as debt instruments, derivatives and other financial products would be valued. /p /li lipPostgraduate studies or interest in financial and/or quantitative subjects, including FRM or CFA, would be an asset. /p /li lipProactive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail and ability to work in a team. /p /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p ul lipExposure to a global finance function in a leading international infrastructure group. /p /li lipPractical learning in financial markets, derivatives, hedging, credit risk and corporate risk management. /p /li lipParticipation in digital transformation, automation and AI initiatives applied to finance. /p /li lipOpportunity to work with experienced professionals and interact with banks, auditors and internal business units. /p /li lipA dynamic, collaborative and friendly working environment, with a young team where curiosity, analytical thinking, initiative and teamwork are valued. /p /li /ul pSeize the challenge.
