Novus Homes Barcelona is currently looking for a positive and resourceful Guest Relations & Administrative Support Agent whose main roles will be to:
  • respond to guest messages promptly and professionally
  • assist guests with inquiries about services, local attractions, and travel arrangements
  • coordinate the check in/check out process
  • handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • manage invoicing, and record-keeping
  • download and manage running costs like utilities and providers invoices
  • support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory control
  • offer support to housekeeping and coordinate maintenance tasks
  • uphold our standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality


    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer systems (experience with hotel booking software is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Drivers licence and own scooter is a plus
