Employment Type: Freelance/Contractor (100% Commission-Based) Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in selling B2B professional services, preferably within the translation, localization, or language services industry. The BDM's primary mission will be to identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for our translation company. This role is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who aims to maximize their earnings based on their success and drive. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities within strategic sectors (Legal, Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, etc.)., • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact (cold calling/emailing) through negotiation and contract closing., • Proposal Development: Understand the client's specific linguistic needs and collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and quotes., • Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking platforms (like LinkedIn) to build key industry relationships., • Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and the prospect pipeline within the CRM system. ✨ Candidate Profile • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in B2B business development or sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets., • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience selling translation, interpretation, or professional services is highly valued., • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Results-Oriented: A highly motivated, proactive individual with a strong capacity for autonomous work., • Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish (or another relevant second language) is a significant plus. 💰 Compensation and Income Model This position is strictly commission-based, with no fixed base salary. • Model: Compensation will be structured as a high commission percentage based on the profit margin of new projects secured and invoiced., • Recurring Incentive: An attractive, pre-determined recurring commission will be offered on revenue generated by acquired clients for a set period, incentivizing the establishment of long-term relationships., • Flexibility: Maximum flexibility in working hours and location to manage your own portfolio of prospects.

Incrementar los miembros del programa de fidelización. Garantizar una alta calidad e integridad de los datos en todas las plataformas y bases de datos de marketing. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS • Dominio del inglés. Se valorará cualquier otro idioma. -Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Economía o un campo afín. -3 años de experiencia en Marketing Directo / CRM / Marketing Digital. -Dominio de software CRM.
