We are looking for an energetic and experienced Kitchen Professional to join our team. At Grill Bite, we take pride in our "Truffle Smash" burgers and our artisanal pizzas. You will be responsible for working across both stations, ensuring every order meets our high standards of flavor and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Burger Station: Hand-pressing smash burgers, achieving the perfect sear, and managing toppings like fried eggs, truffle sauce, and caramelized onions.
Pizza Station: Preparing dough, stretching bases, and managing fresh toppings for our signature pizzas.
Prep Work: Preparing fresh sauces (alioli, truffle mayo), cutting vegetables, and ensuring all "mis-en-place" is ready for service.
Quality Control: Ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen looking like a "Master Plate."
Safety & Hygiene: Maintaining a spotless workspace in accordance with Spanish food safety (APPCC) regulations.
Requirements (Experience)
Proven Experience: At least 2 years in a fast-paced kitchen environment, specifically with Burgers (Smash technique preferred) or Pizza (Stone oven experience is a plus).
Efficiency: Ability to handle high-volume service hours without compromising quality.
Team Player: Strong communication skills to coordinate with the waitstaff.
Languages: Basic Spanish is required; English is a plus.
Documentation: Valid work permit for Spain is mandatory.
