Somos una empresa dedicada al Lujo , donde ofrecemos a nuestros clientes internacionales atención personalizada, durante su estadía de 2 a 8 semanas en una de nuestras villas privadas. Debido a la naturaleza de nuestro trabajo, los clientes esperan la mejor calidad con altos estándares. Por lo tanto, el tiempo y la resolución deben estar en el punto. La confidencialidad es imprescindible, así como el manejo de situaciones delicadas de manera profesional y constructiva que requiere gran flexibilidad.Buscamos chef privado con experiencia demostrable en alta cocina que se sume a nuestro equipo de trabajo . REQUISITOS: Tener experiencia y trayectoria como Jefe de cocina 2 años mínimo. Perfecta capacidad para gestionar las finanzas de la cocina semanalmente. Perfecta capacidad para mantener al día el inventario de la cocina. Saber tratar con los proveedores, organizar los pedidos y anticipar las compras. Máxima capacidad de limpieza, respeto y cuidado de la cocina y sus utensilios. Ser profesional, presentable y tener una actitud positiva. Mantener la confidencialidad. Conocimientos de idiomas: Inglés mínimo. español, alemán y otros idiomas son un plus ya que tratamos con clientes internacionales. Tener buenas habilidades de comunicación entre el cliente y el equipo a través de nuestra plataforma de comunicación interna. Tener habilidades tecnológicas y comunicativas, capaz de operar en Microsoft Teams, OFRECEMOS: -1029 € + IVA- IRPF a la semana, dependiendo de la experiencia o capacidades podría ser más. -Ambiente lujoso y tranquilo para trabajar sin estrés.

Buscamos para nuestras villas incorporar a housekeeper/limpiadora/camarera de piso y supervisora media jornada (20h/semana), con horario de mañana. Imprescindible experiencia previa , buena presencia y vehículo. Buscamos gente con actitud, con ganas y capacidad de trabajar en equipo y crear buen ambiente laboral. Sus labores: -Encargarse de la máxima pulcritud y limpieza de las villas. -Saber respetar la privacidad y realizar la labor acorde al entorno servicio. -Trabajar con detalles y elementos decorativos adecuados para ofrecer una experiencia 5 estrellas. -Comunicación activa con la directiva referente a las necesidades de las villas. -Supervisión del buen funcionamiento de los elementos de las casas. -Preferencia con Vehiculo propio e ingles.

Main responsibilities: - Organize, direct, coordinate and supervise all actions delegated by the Director, focussed on promotion, sales, advertising and public relations for the hotel (mainly those arising from the operation of F&B and of rooms). - Convene regular meetings to inform, be informed or discuss day by day issues with the different departments of the hotel. - Report to the Director of the most important topics and replace the Director in his absence - Supervise the implementation of rules and orders issued by the Management. - Monitor the effectiveness of preventive and corrective maintenance. - Personal check of the provided service quality. - Welcoming customers due to their category. - Coordinate and supervise the work of the different heads of departments. - Deal with complaints and claims when necessary. - Set up of corrective measures by delegation to achieve the targets fixed in the budget (costs, expenses or production).
