Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on the role of Senior Planning & Performance Analyst. You will support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for leadership and project teams. This role requires autonomy, ownership of specific analyses or projects, and collaboration with stakeholders across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels., • Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making., • Create compelling presentations to communicate recommendations., • Support project initiatives with relevant analysis., • Leverage Tableau and Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes., • Ensure data accuracy and reporting requirements are met., • Coach and support P&P Analysts within the team., • Build trust and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders. Skillset and Experience Required • Strong analytical and data modeling skills., • Experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or similar environments., • Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and data visualization tools., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
