OBJETIVO DEL ROL ● Acompañar al paciente en todo su journey estético: desde la primera visita hasta el seguimiento postratamiento. ● Primera visita: Hacer un primer diagnóstico, anamnesis del paciente, educar al paciente sobre el cuidado integral de la piel, tratamientos disponibles y rutinas cosméticas. ● Detectar necesidades y deseos que a veces no se expresan en consulta médica. ● Apoyar la venta de tratamientos y productos de forma natural y personalizada. ● Fortalecer la fidelización del paciente y reforzar la percepción de atención premium. PERFIL PROFESIONAL IDEAL: ● Formación en estética avanzada, dermocosmética o asesoría de imagen. ● Alta capacidad de comunicación y empatía. ● Excelente presencia y saber estar. ● Formación básica en medicina estética (proporcionada internamente por el equipo médico). ● Conocimiento profundo de los protocolos y productos de la clínica. ● Experiencia previa en clínicas de medicina estética.
