The Role In the role of CS Agent, you will serve as an essential driver within our commercial organization, reporting to the Sales Manager under the broader CRO division. You will partner with our client-facing teams to maximize value for clients on our platform, ensure recruitment initiatives run seamlessly, and deliver top-tier, proactive support across all client interactions. What You’ll Do • Support the commercial team in delivering an excellent client experience, from onboarding through ongoing service, • Help clients navigate their hiring pipelines and resolve support requests promptly, • Assist in reviewing recruitment metrics, usage patterns, and campaign performance, and flag opportunities for improvement, • Build positive relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals, • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team, sharing client insights and contributing to retention and growth, • Learn from experienced leaders in a high-performance, supportive environment, • Run consultative discovery conversations to understand each client’s hiring needs, challenges, and team structure, • Present our managed recruitment proposition, from assisted hiring to multi-location support, and agree scope, fees, and contracts What You Bring • Proven background in recruitment management, customer oriented or consultative roles, ideally in fast-paced HR Tech, recruitment environments., • A genuine customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to service quality, client satisfaction, and long-term retention, • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, pipelines, and requests at once, following the team’s processes and priorities, • Proficiency with modern CRM systems, applicant tracking systems (such as Viterbit or Bizneo), and digital recruitment platforms, • Native Spanish fluency (mandatory) and professional working proficiency in basic to intermediate English, • Sales experience within Recruitment agencies Nice to Have • Experience with digital recruitment platforms, SaaS solutions, or high-volume recruitment projects in seasonal and hospitality sectors, • Background in account management, Customer Success, or client onboarding and enablement, • A goal-oriented, analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations, • AI Preselection experience What We Offer • The chance to join an expanding international platform with a highly collaborative culture and clear pathways for professional growth, • Direct mentorship from the Sales Manager and exposure to CRO-level strategy, • A competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards and your experience, • A flexible remote work model, with main hubs in Madrid and Barcelona, • Ongoing training and professional development, plus the tools you need to excel in modern recruitment and client operations Ready to shape the future of hiring with us?
