Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead the development of our web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in building and scaling the platform, from MVP to a full-featured product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize both front-end and back-end systems.
- Lead architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and security.
- Implement real-time communication features (chat, voice, video).
- Integrate payment systems, scheduling, and subscription management.
- Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to deliver seamless UX.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain coding best practices.
- Ensure robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong back-end experience (Node.js, Python/Django, or Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with database design and management (SQL & NoSQL).
- Familiarity with real-time communication protocols (WebRTC, Socket.io, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable architecture.
- Knowledge of security best practices and payment integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building SaaS platforms or marketplaces.
- Mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native).
- Prior experience in a startup environment.
