As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint a Data Enablement Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of customer data across a sophisticated Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a modern data environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable advanced segmentation, personalisation, and data-driven activation at scale. The role As a Data Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that data flows seamlessly across multiple systems and is fit for purpose for downstream activation. You will take a hands on approach to validating data ingestion, transformations, and integrations, while supporting the testing and optimisation of CDP capabilities. Key responsibilities • Validate data ingestion, transformation logic, and overall data integrity within the CDP, • Perform detailed data quality checks to identify gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies, • Ensure accurate identity resolution and data relationships to support unified customer profiles, • Test CDP functionalities such as segmentation, audiences, and event tracking against business requirements, • Monitor and validate end-to-end data flows across source systems, CDP, and activation platforms, • Verify system integrations to ensure accurate and timely data exchange, • Ensure data is activation-ready, including audience outputs and correct mapping, • Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, • Document findings, support defect tracking, and contribute to continuous data quality improvement initiatives What we’re looking for • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (e.G.
