Tu puesto Buscamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo. Se trata de una excelente oportunidad para adquirir experiencia práctica en el sector del alquiler vacacional y formar parte del rápido crecimiento de nuestra empresa. Responsabilidades - Mantenimiento preventivo, limpieza de filtros de aire, filtros de lavadoras, lavavajillas, revisión de bombillas fundidas, desagües, caldera, acumulador de ACS, Legionel·la - Mantener los sistemas de calefacción, AACC y fontanería para garantizar su funcionalidad. - Inspeccionar los sistemas de alarma (incendio, protección) y programar reparaciones cuando sea necesario - Realizar reparaciones manuales cuando sea necesario (arreglar cerraduras, sustituir ventanas, etc.) - Carpintería metálica y de madera, junto con pequeñas reparaciones domésticas, desatascar tuberías, cambiar bombillas, tareas de pintura, etc. - Ayudar a las limpiadoras con a distribuir la ropa de cama por las diferentes zonas Requisitos - Disponibilidad horaria de 40 horas semanales - 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar - Carnet B - 1 año de experiencia laboral en reparaciones e instalaciones eléctricas, de climatización y fontanería. - Experiencia demostrable como técnico de mantenimiento - Conocimientos básicos de sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, etc. - Conocimientos de procesos y métodos generales de mantenimiento - Conocimientos de albañilería, carpintería de madera y metálica (persianas, ajuste de ventanas). - Permiso de conducir y motocicleta propia. - Apasionado, proactivo, práctico, dinámico y enérgico. - Flexible, resistente y adaptable a los cambios.
