Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presale Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving our sales efforts by providing in-depth product knowledge, addressing client needs, and crafting compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud solutions, CRM, and contract management, paired with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our cloud solutions can address these requirements.
  • Solution Design: Develop tailored cloud solution proposals that align with client objectives and showcase our capabilities.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, technical, and product development teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a presales or similar role within the cloud solutions industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud technologies and solutions.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Contract Management: Experience in preparing and managing contracts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Full-Time Availability: Availability to work on a full-time contract basis.
