Multitask, acostumbrada a trabajar bajo presión. Tener conocimientos básicos de informática para llevar programa de citas (intuitivo). Buena presencia y puntual. Que hable inglés. Role of Front Desk Agent The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns. · Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Su función principal será la atención al cliente presencial y telefónica, gestión de citas, apoyo administrativo y coordinación con el equipo médico y de estética. Requisitos: • Experiencia de un año previa en atención al público o recepción (preferible en el sector salud o estética)., • Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas (Office, software de gestión de citas)., • Trato amable, discreción y orientación al paciente.
