Misión del puesto: recibir y atender a los clientes con una atención exquisita en todo momento. Es la principal cara visible para los huéspedes, la imagen del hotel, y su propósito es lograr su satisfacción. Reporta a: Jefe/a de Recepción Funciones: - Gestionar las entradas y salidas de los clientes del Hotel. - Atender al cliente en la recepción, vía telefónica o por email: Informar y asesorar de los servicios turísticos, así como responder a las peticiones de información que formulen los clientes. - Dar soporte en reservas de grupos y rooming list. - Gestionar las reservas individuales y promover la venta de habitaciones, así como de upsellings. - Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes y solucionar las incidencias que se puedan producir durante el turno. - Ser responsable de la facturación, el cobro y el cierre de caja durante su turno. - Contacto con el resto de departamentos del Hotel para el correcto funcionamiento. - Ofrecer un servicio profesional, amigable y enfocado en proporcionar la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes. Requisitos: Experiencia de, al menos, 2 años como recepcionista en hoteles de la misma categoría. - Formación universitaria o de grado superior en turismo o hostelería. - Se valorará el conocimiento de PMS, especialmente de Ulyses Cloud. - Elevada orientación al cliente y vocación de servicio. - Persona atenta a los detalles, con recursos para resolver incidencias de forma eficiente y acostumbrada al multitasking. - Capacidad de trabajar en equipo. - Idiomas: imprescindible tener buen dominio de castellano e inglés, así como de un tercer idioma. Cualquier otro idioma será valorado positivamente. - Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en distintos turnos de mañana, tarde y noche, así como festivos y fines de semana.
