Job Purpose As Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe, you will lead the regional compliance strategy across multiple European markets, ensuring a robust and effective ethics framework that supports both business success and regulatory excellence. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on compliance risks, investigations, governance, and regulatory developments while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making. This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight and offers significant visibility across the European organization and global compliance community. What You'll Do • Lead and continuously evolve the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe., • Partner with senior executives to strengthen ethical culture and compliance awareness throughout the organization., • Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, regulatory developments, internal investigations, and governance matters., • Oversee regional compliance monitoring initiatives and drive effective risk mitigation strategies., • Ensure alignment with global compliance standards while addressing local regulatory requirements across European markets., • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Sunlight Language School busca incorporar a un/a profesor/a de Español como Lengua Extranjera (ELE) para nuestro Programa de Preparación Universitaria, dirigido a estudiantes internacionales que se preparan para acceder a estudios de grado en universidades españolas y presentarse a las pruebas PCE / EBAU. Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en la enseñanza de español a estudiantes internacionales y en el trabajo con grupos, capaz de acompañar a los estudiantes desde niveles iniciales hasta un nivel B2, desarrollando tanto sus competencias lingüísticas como académicas. CONDICIONES Jornada: 20 horas semanales Incorporación: 5 de octubre de 2026 Modalidad: presencial Ubicación: Barcelona Programa: Preparación Universitaria – PCE / EBAU RESPONSABILIDADES • Impartir clases de español como lengua extranjera a un grupo de estudiantes internacionales dentro de un programa intensivo de preparación universitaria., • Planificar y desarrollar clases orientadas a objetivos concretos de aprendizaje y al progreso continuo de los estudiantes., • Trabajar de forma integrada las diferentes competencias lingüísticas - comprensión lectora y auditiva, expresión oral y escrita, gramática, vocabulario y comunicación - con especial atención a las necesidades académicas de los estudiantes., • Desarrollar las competencias lingüísticas y académicas necesarias para que los estudiantes puedan desenvolverse en un entorno universitario en español., • Preparar a los estudiantes para alcanzar progresivamente el nivel B2, partiendo de niveles iniciales cuando sea necesario., • Seleccionar, adaptar y crear materiales didácticos de acuerdo con los objetivos del programa y las necesidades del grupo., • Realizar un seguimiento continuo del progreso de los estudiantes y detectar posibles dificultades de aprendizaje., • Adaptar el ritmo, las actividades y los materiales a las características y necesidades de los estudiantes., • Coordinarse con el/la otro/a profesor/a del programa para garantizar la continuidad, coherencia y seguimiento del proceso de aprendizaje., • Colaborar con el equipo académico en la planificación y organización del programa. REQUISITOS • Formación universitaria en Filología Hispánica, Lengua Española, Lingüística o áreas relacionadas., • Máster, formación especializada o certificación en Español como Lengua Extranjera (ELE)., • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como profesor/a de español para extranjeros., • Experiencia trabajando con grupos de estudiantes internacionales., • Experiencia en programas intensivos y con objetivos de aprendizaje definidos., • Conocimiento y aplicación de metodologías actuales de enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera., • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar con estudiantes de niveles iniciales y acompañarlos en su progresión hasta niveles avanzados, especialmente hasta B2., • Capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento del progreso académico., • Responsabilidad, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. SE VALORARÁ ESPECIALMENTE • Experiencia en preparación de estudiantes para las pruebas PCE / EBAU y conocimiento de su estructura, competencias y criterios de evaluación., • Experiencia con estudiantes que se preparan para acceder a universidades españolas., • Experiencia en la enseñanza de español académico., • Experiencia trabajando con adolescentes y jóvenes adultos., • Experiencia en programas de preparación universitaria o acceso a la universidad., • Capacidad para desarrollar y adaptar materiales específicos para la preparación académica y lingüística de los estudiantes.
