Somos un laboratorio especializado en desarrollo, formulación y fabricación de productos cosméticos, trabajando con marcas, distribuidores, retailers y proyectos de private label. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás responsable de desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, gestionar clientes B2B y convertir leads en proyectos de fabricación, acompañando al cliente desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre comercial y lanzamiento del proyecto. Principales funciones • Captación activa de nuevos clientes B2B., • Prospección de marcas cosméticas, distribuidores, retailers, cadenas de perfumería, farmacias, grupos de compra y empresas interesadas en desarrollar su propia línea cosmética., • Gestión y seguimiento de leads comerciales., • Realización de llamadas, reuniones comerciales y presentaciones., • Identificación de las necesidades del cliente: tipo de producto, fórmula, cantidades, packaging, posicionamiento, precio objetivo y plazos., • Preparación y seguimiento de propuestas comerciales junto con los departamentos internos., • Negociación de condiciones comerciales y cierre de operaciones., • Seguimiento del cliente durante todo el proceso de desarrollo y fabricación., • Fidelización y desarrollo de cuentas existentes., • Reactivación de antiguos clientes y oportunidades comerciales., • Desarrollo de negocio en España y mercados internacionales., • Búsqueda de distribuidores, partners y nuevas oportunidades de expansión., • Gestión y actualización del CRM., • Elaboración de previsiones comerciales, pipeline y reporting de ventas., • Coordinación con I+D, Project Management, Producción, Calidad, Compras y Marketing., • Participación en ferias, eventos y reuniones comerciales., • Análisis de mercado, competencia y nuevas oportunidades de negocio. ¿Qué buscamos? • Experiencia comercial B2B., • Perfil claramente orientado a ventas y cierre., • Capacidad para generar negocio de forma proactiva., • Habilidad para negociar con interlocutores profesionales y empresas., • Organización y capacidad de seguimiento de múltiples oportunidades simultáneamente., • Buena comunicación oral y escrita., • Orientación a objetivos y resultados., • Capacidad para entender productos técnicos y convertir las necesidades del cliente en una propuesta comercial., • Manejo habitual de CRM y herramientas comerciales. The Role You’re interested and driven to grow Soul Water’s presence in the on-trade channels; including premium hospitality and venues in your market? A field salesperson who builds relationships, wins listings, and turns them into recurring volume, that is what we need at Soul Water. You own your territory end to end.
