Your role
- Develop and implement our sales strategy – from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and real estate developers.
- Identify new market opportunities in Mallorca and beyond, and turn them into measurable growth.
- Contribute your own ideas and help shape the strategic direction of the business.
Your skills
- Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for high-end materials and design.
- Excellent Spanish and English skills (German is an advantage).
- Experience in the construction or real estate sector is beneficial – but drive and motivation matter most.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a hands-on attitude.
