Job Description
Under the guidance of the Talent & Culture team, this internship position is designed to support the daily operations of the department, providing a learning experience in a dynamic and professional environment. The intern will actively collaborate with different teams on key initiatives such as Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, administrative management, and internal communication.
Main responsibilities and learning tasks:
Support in the organization and follow-up of recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, etc.).
Assist in the onboarding process for new colleagues.
Participate in internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives, including support with social media.
Provide support with administrative tasks in the department (document management, database updates, digital filing, etc.).
Assist in responding to inquiries from colleagues and leaders, offering guidance or directing questions to the right person.
Help foster a positive work environment based on open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Take part in cross-departmental projects and initiatives focused on employee well-being.

Qualifications
To successfully perform in this internship position, the candidate should be able to fulfill each of the essential responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities expected. Interest in the luxury hospitality sector and a desire to learn how a high-end hotel operates.
Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is required; English is a plus.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Motivation to learn about labor regulations and Human Resources processes.
Proactive, solution-oriented attitude, and willingness to contribute.
Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates a collaborative mindset.
Ability to interact comfortably with different people and environments.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of service quality.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability to various situations.
Positive attitude, motivation, and alignment with company values.

Education and Requirements:
Current students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Tourism, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Availability of an internship agreement with an educational institution.
No previous experience required, although academic or extracurricular experience in related areas will be valued.
Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
