Job Description Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Sets a positive example in customer relations. Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Addresses customer problems and complaints. Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service. Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Strives to improve service performance. Maintains a close relationship with the teams, always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management Two years experience in a same role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team or 5 years as SPA Manager Advanced level of English and Spanish.
