🏗 HSE Manager – Construcción Multisites 📍 Ubicación: Valencia 💼 Responsabilidades: ✅ Supervisar y coordinar la implementación de programas de HSE en varias obras simultáneamente. ✅ Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales en seguridad y medio ambiente (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, regulaciones nacionales, etc.). ✅ Desarrollar e impartir capacitaciones en seguridad y salud ocupacional para empleados y contratistas. ✅ Investigar incidentes, accidentes y cuasi accidentes, generando informes y planes de acción correctivos. ✅Coordinar con contratistas y subcontratistas para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad. ✅Gestionar la documentación y reportes HSE, asegurando su actualización y cumplimiento. ✅Fomentar una cultura de seguridad mediante campañas, reuniones y programas de concientización. ✅Coordinar con autoridades y entes reguladores en inspecciones y certificaciones. 🎓 Requisitos: 🔹 Formación: Ingeniería en Seguridad e Higiene, Ambiental, Civil, Industrial o afín.
