Job Description Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
