What’s the job? As Front Office Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. Descripción del empleo Lo que harás… Preparar, recoger y transportar los materiales y productos necesarios para la limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y áreas comunes e internas. Retirar la ropa sucia y basura de las plantas de habitaciones hacia las oficinas en el sótano y siempre que sea necesario del interior de las habitaciones hacia las oficinas asignadas en el hotel. Realizar las limpiezas programadas de cristales en habitaciones y áreas externas e internas del hotel. Informar de cualquier defecto de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y en los pisos de los huéspedes a través de KnowCross. Mantener en perfecto estado todo el material destinado a sus funciones de transporte y limpieza. Your duties: Tend to Telecare alerts from our English and Spanish-speaking customers and distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm. This allows us to implement the protocols and carry out the procedures established for their correct management, while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers!
