Funciones del rol a) Realizar la mice en place de las diferentes partidas b) Servir las comandas y platos en el tiempo y calidad apropiadas segun estandares y necesidades c) Comunicar al responsable de cocina del producto faltrante para la mice en place del siguiente dia d) Supervisar la comida del personal, cocinado y servicio e ) Mantener el orden y limpieza durante el servicio f) Rotacion y control de stock de acuerdo con los procedimientos estabelcidos g) Almacenar de forma correcta los alimentos a temperaturas adecuadas Requisitos: Calidez humana, positivismo y profesionalidad Capacidad de liderazgo Atención al detalle Capacidad de comunicación Castellano y/o catalán Más de 2 años trabajando en restaurantes gastronómicos Condiciones: Empleo a tiempo completo Contrato Indefinido Turno seguido 4 días laborables, 3 días de descanso por semana Domingos y festivos cerrados Incorporación inmediata Salario según convenio

Key Responsibilities: • Engage with larger clients, particularly in the retail, travel, and other high-revenue industries, to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and strategies., • Provide in-depth, consultative support to clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with advanced and effective solutions., • Work with clients to improve their advertising performance, offering insights, recommendations, and long-term strategies for growth., • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on value-driven consultations rather than quick solutions., • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented and results are optimized over time., • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align Google Ads strategies with these objectives, driving meaningful impact., • Provide expert-level guidance on advanced marketing concepts and Google Ads features to help clients achieve their goals. Requirements: • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates expertise in the field., • Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads (preferably in retail, travel, or larger business sectors)., • Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads., • Mid/Senior-level profile, with the ability to provide high-level consultations and strategic insights to clients., • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing success and value in the partnership., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner. Pragmatic over perfect. The Role We’re hiring an ambitious, generalist Lead Product Engineer to be the technical driver behind customer-facing experiences. Although a small team will be built around you, this is a largely IC position reporting directly to the CEO. What You’ll Work On • Build & ship: Implement user-facing features across the stack (front end + back end + data plumbing). Releases at least weekly are normal, • Hook up data: Integrate and transform large datasets from internal systems to power product features and insights. This includes working with data conversion and integration to ensure seamless flow, • Automate delivery: Set up automated workflows to take data from the lab to graphs on the customer’s screen with minimal manual effort, • Make it usable: Sweat UX details; simplify flows; remove friction; with tight feedback loops, • Own quality pragmatically: Tests where they matter, feature flags, and basic observability—no heavyweight ceremony, • Lightweight leadership: Code reviews that unblock and mentorship that accelerates. No nit-picks. Direct feedback, • Iterate on the software that is the digital face of the company: your responsibility is build great user experiences You Might Be a Fit If You Have • A bias toward shipping customer value as quickly as possible, • 5+ years building customer-facing web products end-to-end, • Strength in one modern front end (React/Next.js or similar) and one back end (Python preferred, Node or others OK), plus SQL chops, • Substantial experience with using AI coding agents for production ready code, • Clear, concise communication—async friendly and customer aware. You track and document work for accountability and alignment, • Cloud (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and basic security best practices, • Data visualization experience (dashboards that explain themselves), • Lean on coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex daily to do in minutes what would otherwise take hours What This Role Is Not • Not ML Ops or data-pipeline specialization, • Not a data science or research position.
