We are leaders in plasma‑derived medicines and transfusion medicine and develop, produce and market innovative medicines, solutions and services in more than 110 countries and regions. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Cloud Operations Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, deployment, automation, operation and continuous improvement of Grifols’ cloud platforms and services across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. This role will contribute to the successful execution of the company’s cloud transformation initiatives, including Journey to Cloud programs, cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, automation, Kubernetes adoption and Infrastructure as Code practices. The position will work closely with IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Application teams, Service Management and external partners to ensure that cloud services are reliable, secure, scalable, cost‑efficient and aligned with business, compliance and operational requirements. /p h3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liCloud Operations and Platform Engineering ul liOperate, maintain and continuously improve cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. /li liSupport the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, identity, security and monitoring services. /li liEnsure cloud platforms are available, secure, resilient and aligned with operational standards. /li liParticipate in the definition and evolution of cloud operating models, standards, guardrails and best practices. /li liSupport hybrid cloud scenarios and integration between on‑premises infrastructure and public cloud platforms. /li liContribute to the adoption of cloud‑native technologies and modern infrastructure practices. /li /ul /li liInfrastructure as Code and Automation ul liDesign, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent automation frameworks. /li liAutomate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency, consistency and reliability. /li liContribute to the creation of reusable cloud modules, templates and deployment patterns. /li liSupport CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and cloud platform changes. /li liPromote automation‑first principles within Cloud Operations and infrastructure teams. /li /ul /li liKubernetes and Container Platforms ul liOperate and support Kubernetes‑based platforms, including managed services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS). /li liSupport containerised workloads, platform reliability, cluster lifecycle management and integration with cloud‑native services. /li liCollaborate with application and DevOps teams to enable secure and scalable container adoption. /li liSupport monitoring, logging, backup, security and operational governance for Kubernetes environments. /li /ul /li liJourney to Cloud and Cloud Migration ul liParticipate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives, supporting assessment, planning, execution and post‑migration optimisation. /li liCollaborate with architecture and application teams to evaluate workload readiness, migration patterns and landing zone requirements. /li liSupport the migration of workloads from on‑premises platforms to cloud environments. /li liContribute to reducing technical debt and improving infrastructure standardisation. /li liIdentify risks, dependencies and operational impacts during migration activities. /li /ul /li liFinOps and Cost Optimisation ul liMonitor cloud consumption and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. /li liSupport tagging, reporting, budgeting and cost visibility practices. /li liCollaborate with Procurement, Finance and technical teams to improve cloud cost governance. /li liRecommend optimisation actions while maintaining performance, security and availability. /li liPromote responsible cloud consumption across teams and projects. /li /ul /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liSolid experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, systems engineering or platform engineering roles. /li liHands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) required, with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a strong plus. /li liExperience operating cloud environments in enterprise, regulated or complex IT organisations. /li liExperience participating in cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation or Journey to Cloud initiatives. /li liPractical experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools. /li liExperience with Kubernetes and container platforms, preferably AKS and/or EKS. /li liKnowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation pipelines. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Valuable Certifications /h3 ul liMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. /li liMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. /li liAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. /li liAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. /li liCertified Kubernetes Administrator. /li liHashiCorp Terraform Associate. /li liITIL Foundation certification. /li /ul h3Benefits Package /h3 pContract of Employment: Permanent position.br/Location: Parets del Vallès, Spain. /p h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pGrifols is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
