Come join the team and help us make history! /p h3Key Functions For The Role Include /h3 ul liBe the regional lead for health and safety of fleet. They will ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Safety teams. /li liBe the Single Threaded Leader for product and program launching across the French regions. The Sr Fleet Manager will launch fleet operations initiatives and fleet-related programs. To be successful in this role, the Sr Fleet Manager is required to be a domain fleet expert, having deep knowledge of the conditions of local markets. The Sr Fleet Manager will support France expansion launches by building mechanisms to help manage the fleet. /li liStrategically influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs. The Sr Fleet Manager is responsible for defining a program with clear tenets and deliverables, and align stakeholders to achieve long-term priorities. They will be required to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing with internal and external stakeholders. /li liManage volatile vehicle demand across Spain and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term risks. React to potential long-term risks with vehicle demand/supply and support strategic changes to mitigate them in ambiguous, vehicle-constrained markets. This will require technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed. /li liThis role will be based in one of our delivery station within Spain, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across the assigned region. /li /ul h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liCooperation with the stations and other business functions to identify and consolidate vehicle demand especially in regards to peaks and ramps. /li liConsistently innovate and implement best practices in Fleet Operations and Safety across EU. /li liCooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders in communication of local business needs and understanding of last mile vehicle strategies. /li liMonitoring vehicle pool and pipeline to ensure sufficient capacity is available and elevate on time to avoid shortfalls. /li liEnsure that delivery orders are executed on time in full and in line with highest quality standards. /li liOperational escalation management. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Spanish. /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in English. /li liBachelor's degree or above. /li liExperience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams. /li liExperience in logistics. /li liExperience in operations management. /li liExperience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization. /li liExperience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. /li liExperience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Italian. /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in French. /li liFleet Management experience. /li liBackground in mobility services e.g. Car Lease/ Automotive company. /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
