Responsibilities : In your role as Professional Services Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle : Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development, and Testing. The position requires a good level of teamwork and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners. Escalation handling Leading project teams in close cooperation with the Project manager Drive best practices and standards Minimum Requirements : The role requires good interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills. The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. 8+ Years of consulting experience Experience in the CX industry is preferred Advanced understanding of cloud concepts and architectures (Amazon is preferred) Advanced verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) Being able to act as a mentor and guide teams during the implementation. Work with project managers identifying and mitigating risk Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Computer Science, Computer Technology / or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.
