As part of the Mediktor team, you will be able to help us define the user experiences and interfaces, for the software development team to work on. In your day-to-day work you will: Proactively define features of our products, discussing them with all stakeholders (Physicians, Developers, Managers,...). Translate user requirements and business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Perform UX research by analysing feedback from customers and competitors. Work with low and high fidelity prototyping for multiple environments (iOS, Android and Web). Create documentation precisely explaining the features, including schemas, diagrams, flows, and whatever else could be used to make its understanding easier. Maintain existing development designs and evolve the design system for our developers. Translate user requirements and business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. What you need to have: Experience defining and discussing software development requirements with different stakeholders, and writing the consequent functional analysis documentation for the team (>=2 years) Full proficiency with digital prototyping, design and diagram tools (Sketch, Figma, AdobeSuite, SequenceDiagram, draw.io, Balsamiq, Visio…). Experience and willingness to use LLM (GPT like) tools to augment quality and productivity. Proactive profile, with a focus on detail, quality and results. High level of English. Graduate in Multimedia/Computer Engineering or similar. Funciones Revisión diaria de las salas. Preparación proactiva de material técnico disponible para los eventos. Asistencia técnica in-situ durante el uso de salas. Escalado incidencias sobre material defectuoso en las salas. Reporting diario y semanal a las personas que indique el responsable. Asistencia a eventos fuera de horario laboral. Apoyo al equipo con tareas microinformáticas. Revisiones de stock y almacenes. Gestión de envío de material entre oficinas. Gestión de activos y peticiones/incidencias en herramientas corporativas.
