The future is conversational, and we’re looking for someone who wants to make it happen with us. The role: The Partner Success Manager plays a key role in Spoki’s partner network. This is not just about maintaining existing relationships; it’s about having a clear overview, understanding partners’ strategic needs, and turning them into concrete actions. You will be the main point of contact, support platform adoption, and contribute to initiatives for shared growth. What you will do: Proactively manage your assigned partner portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting relationships. Plan and conduct onboarding and training sessions, guiding partners toward optimal use of the Spoki platform. Monitor partner performance continuously, identifying growth opportunities, potential issues, and developing actionable improvement plans. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and maximize co-selling and joint growth opportunities. Provide operational, consultative, and strategic support to help partners solve problems and optimize processes. Keep partners updated on new platform features, best practices, and Spoki initiatives. Participate in the development and implementation of programs and tools to improve the partner experience and foster mutual growth. Collect feedback from partners and share it with the product team to contribute to platform evolution. Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). 3–7 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments. Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving mindset and empathy. Strategic vision combined with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital platforms. Desired soft skills: Proactive and able to take initiative independently. Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Ability to analyze partner data and feedback, turning insights into concrete actions. Flexibility and resilience in dynamic, evolving contexts. Work Policy for Barcelona This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona. Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year). The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
