We are currently managing a Lead Product Designer role to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This organization builds a highly visual, data-intensive product across reporting, analytics, simulations, and configuration workflows; where clarity is critical. They are looking for a strategic and product-oriented individual who can transform complex, calculation-heavy logic into intuitive, engaging, and structured product experiences. This is not an execution-only role; It is a real opportunity to define product strategy and vision. Responsibilities: • Define and evolve clear, actionable product design principles., • Design scalable systems (not just screens), ensuring coherence across UX and UI., • Bring strong information architecture to complex, data-heavy workflows., • Transform dense numerical logic into intuitive and engaging experiences., • Lead structural redesigns and raise overall craft and interaction consistency., • Act as a strategic partner in roadmap definition and discovery initiatives., • Ground decisions in research, user feedback, and product analytics, challenging assumptions when needed., • Translate business strategy into tangible, high-impact product experiences., • Integrate AI into core workflows, simulations, and decision-making flows with thoughtful interaction patterns., • Foster a strong discovery and delivery culture through continuous validation, rapid iteration, and reduced friction with Engineering. Requirements: • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the ability to structure loosely defined problems through strong abstraction and systems thinking., • Ownership mentality with solid product judgment and a genuine interest in complex, data-heavy products., • 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products (ideally B2B SaaS environments)., • Proven expertise in designing high-density, data-heavy interfaces with strong information architecture skills., • Demonstrated ability to ground design decisions in research, user insights, and analytics., • Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, supported by a portfolio that showcases structural thinking and system-level decisions.
