Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading, world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. /b /p h3The Programme /h3 pWe are looking for talented and passionate graduates within Technology that are interested in an international bTech Graduate Programme /b starting in September 2026, you will deep dive into different parts of the business, where you will have the opportunity to experience a global project in an international company. /p pOur Tech Graduate Programme is designed to bequip recent graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of technology. /b This intensive programme offers a comprehensive bcombination of hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development opportunities. /b /p ul liPractical Projects: Graduates will work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. These projects will provide hands-on experience and help develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. /li liTechnical Training: The programme includes specialized training sessions on the latest technologies, programming languages, and tools. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized certifications. /li liProfessional Development: In addition to technical skills, the programme focuses on developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. Workshops and seminars will be conducted to enhance these competencies. /li liMentorship and Networking: Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme. Networking events will also be organized to help graduates connect with industry professionals and peers. /li liAssessment and Feedback: Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement. This ensures continuous development and growth. /li liCareer Opportunities: The diverse experience gained during the programme will adequately prepare you for various positions in the tech industry. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. /li liFluent in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liPrevious international exposure /li li1 year of work experience or other internships are meriting. /li /ul h3Verisure will offer you /h3 ul liPermanent contract from day one /li liHybrid model: two days per week from home and the rest at our Tech Hub in Alicante.
