Your Future Role Provide customer support via ticketing system and phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Guide the onboarding process for selected new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities for upsells or value-added services. Document processes and build a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-service. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed. This role reports to the Director Business Development & Sales based in Barcelona. Your Skills Ideally, you have 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role. Experience in the tech or SaaS sector is a plus. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong, proactive communication skills. Self-driven and able to work independently, especially as the first Customer Success hire in Spain within our five-person sales team. Fast learner with the ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value. Results-oriented, organized and well-versed in problem-solving. Motivated to work in a technology-driven environment and grow within a scaling team. Native-level Spanish is required to interact with our customers, along with fluent written and spoken English, as English is our working language.
