We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support our growth across the European markets. The role requires a strong international background, with proven ability to operate in diverse cultural and business environments. Key to the role is the ability to adapt messaging and strategy to different markets, ensuring alignment with local dynamics while maintaining global consistency. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the capacity to represent the company with credibility at the executive level. This role is critical to supporting ongoing expansion across the Spanish market and beyond, with a particular focus on foreign companies with operations in Spain, developing those relationships further at their European headquarters and other international markets. We are seeking a top-tier candidate with a strong enterprise sales background, a well-defined sales playbook, and an established network (rolodex). This individual should be self-sufficient, experienced, and capable of operating with minimal supervision while owning outcomes end-to-end. The position offers a base salary of up to €70,000 (depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise), with a performance-related bonus of up to €50,000. Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for advanced tech solutions in Spain and across Europe, targeting large-scale B2B enterprise clients across diverse sectors. Build, develop, and qualify opportunities using both internal tools and an existing enterprise network. Actively seek ways to accelerate pipeline velocity and reduce sales cycle length. Full Sales Cycle Ownership Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPIC and Command of the Message. Position the company as a trusted partner through deep understanding of client needs. Contract Negotiation & Closing Lead complex, high-value enterprise negotiations and successfully close strategic deals with senior stakeholders. Apply in-depth knowledge of the enterprise B2B landscape to tailor messaging and clearly articulate the business value of complex SaaS and technology solutions. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, alignment, and long-term client success. Maintain accurate forecasts, track KPIs, and report regularly on pipeline health, performance, and opportunities to senior leadership. Collaborate with global teams, supporting cross-border opportunities and contributing to the company’s broader European expansion strategy. Brand Representation Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and webinars, confidently engaging audiences and reinforcing market positioning. Background in AI, big data, or machine learning technologies Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, including lead generation, qualification, RFPs, negotiations, and closing high-value deals Strong enterprise experience with consistent success in full-cycle sales ownership Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives, with the ability to operate confidently in executive-level environments Existing enterprise client network and strong experience leveraging relationships to drive business growth Proven ability to reduce sales cycles and drive efficiency in complex deal environments Experience or exposure to Agentic AI, data platforms, or Data Fabric concepts is highly valued Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required; Experience mentoring or supporting sales teams is a plus Data Privacy Notice All personal data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of managing your application.
