As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will: • Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users’ demands, • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA, • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers, • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English, • Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail, • Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc), • Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads, • Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, • Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills, • Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office Don’t meet every requirement?
