About the role We are seeking a full-time Neurologist to supervise and coordinate research activities at BBRC and integrate into the Neurology Service at Hospital del Mar to carry out clinical and research visits. ? Main responsibilities At BBRC – Research & Clinical Trials • Conduct clinical visits in observational studies and clinical trials focused on preventing cognitive decline., • Ensure participant safety and adherence to protocols and GCP standards., • Act as the reference neurologist for the operational team and make key medical decisions., • Oversee pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting., • Participate in meetings with sponsors and CROs (selection, initiation, monitoring, etc.)., • Coordinate clinical visit schedules and manage incidental findings and neurological concerns., • Collaborate with other neurologists in developing BBRC’s research infrastructure., • Join existing research lines or propose new ones., • Carry out routine visits at the Cognitive Disorders Unit., • Participate in clinical trials and conduct lumbar punctures (diagnostic and research)., • Join regular clinical and research meetings.
