The Service Operations Coordinator – Europe ensures a seamless service experience for customers, and service partners by managing Service Requests and Inquiries—including Distributor Market case handling—Preventive Maintenance administration, Field Engineer dispatch, and parts and inventory control across Europe. This role oversees back-office processes end to end while collaborating closely with Field Service, Logistics, Customer Care, and Distributor partners to ensure quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Service Operations Manager, Europe and is part of the Customer Care Europe organization. The role requires on-site presence at our Barcelona location, with occasional travel for operational support or training. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Enter and manage service requests in the service management system (Salesforce), owning the full process from quotation through parts delivery, returns, and invoicing. * Coordinate parts and inventory management in Europe by reviewing internal stock levels, replenishing inventory daily, and leading cycle counts in collaboration with Field Service and Logistics to ensure inventory accuracy. * Create and dispatch work orders, with a primary focus on Preventive Maintenance, to Field Engineers, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication. * The essential requirements of the job include: * Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is highly preferred; additional European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish) are an advantage * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar); proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. * Ability to follow structured procedures and prioritize critical tasks; work independently while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration; communicate clearly in writing and verbally; demonstrate strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation. * High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience #LI-KS1 Join our winning team today.
