Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary welcoming presence and point of reference for clients, visitors and colleagues., • Manage the Lounge café/bar service and overall hospitality experience., • Continuously curate the atmosphere of the space — music, lighting, order and presentation., • Ensure the environment consistently reflects brand standards without the need for supervision., • Oversee the day-to-day condition of the Lounge, maintaining cleanliness, removing unnecessary materials and preserving visual quality., • Support facilities operations, including coordination with suppliers, ordering, incident management and maintenance follow-up., • Manage meeting rooms and provide logistical support for client meetings and events., • Activate the space to encourage engagement and use by both clients and employees., • Work closely with internal teams to support daily operational needs.
