We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Reservations Manager to coordinate and manage bookings across all our restaurants. This position is crucial to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our diners. Responsibilities: Manage all bookings efficiently and effectively, using reservation systems and technological tools. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure proper allocation of bookings and maximize capacity. Provide exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries, emails, and reservation requests. Follow established procedures to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings according to company policies. Maintain accurate booking records and generate periodic reports on booking activity. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the restaurant industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a minimum. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Dear Manager, We would like to introduce to you our wonderful working spot, Luuma Beach Marbella. Front line beach restaurant with 50 sun-beds and 200 seats in the restaurant. Open all year round, 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. In summer months we also serve breakfast. Making guests feel at home, with quality of food combined by service with a smile. Front on House has around 20-35 persons depending on the time of the year. Weekly scheduling for 20-35 persons Training / Coaching of new and current staff Taking initiative to improve work proces and client experience Upholding safe and healthy work environment In charge of daily till operations Responsible for reception (service level, booking efficiency) You report directly to the General Manager and business owners.
