Job Purpose We are looking for a Data & Insights analyst to join our Insights team in Madrid, who will be assisting in the preparation of monthly, weekly and Ad Hoc market analysis and reporting, monitoring the performance of our categories and brands across the different markets. You will be working with the Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics. The successful candidate is passionate about data and technology, who can bring simplicity, consistency, and accuracy for the data-driven strategic and operational business decisions. Ability to manage complexity and ‘can do’ attitude is key. Key Responsabilities • Build one source of truth, executing market regular reporting and presentations based on syndicated data (retail audit, ecommerce sales data, consumer/household panels, NielsenIQ, Circana, Wordlpanel Numerator), open sources (ex. inflation, Shopper trends), In store observation services and qualitative data., • Translate complex and large datasets into clear, actionable insights with strategic recomendations., • Provide proactive recommendations that directly impact key partners performance and business results, • Identify emerging trends and translate them into forward-looking insights, • Design and execute research projects that support strategic planning, new business, and client growth initiatives, • Own the development of high-impact reports and presentations, translating data into compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders., • Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc analyses on category performance, category dynamics, and competitive landscape., • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, commercial, and marketing teams, acting as a key partner in shaping data-informed decisions., • Working language: English Requeriments Essential Qualifications & Experience • ADE, Economics, Statistics, Business or similars.
